Hydraulic Adapters Inspection:

1.Measurement must be according to production drawings, within the tolerance request.
2.Thread: the inspectors use the correct go-on/No-go gauges to inspect the threads. Gauges: NPT, NPTF, BSPP, BSPT, UNF,METRIC…
3.Surface: remove the burrs to keep the surface smooth and clean.
4.Final product surface treatment must be as per customer request like polishing, passivation and electrolysis.
5.Finished products package requested will be also declared on production list, QC department should also check the final package to reach customer request.
